"Wet Mountain Tribune, Oct 6, 1916.  Vol XXXVII, no. 15.  Mrs. Moore Called.  Miss Margaret Gladstone Forester was born near Bathgate, Linlithgowshire, Scotland, February 1, 1833, and died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. L. H. Abbot, on Friday morning last at 1:30 in her 84th year.
In her early years, the deceased was baptized into St. John's Epscopal church in Edinburgh.  She remained consistent to that faith until she was called to eternal rest.
In 1850 she was married to Moses Moore in England.  To this union was born twelve children, five sons and seven daughters of whom three sons and one daughter survive.  The home of the eldest, Robet is in Mercer county, Pa.  Moses Moore resides in Randlett Utah as does also Harry Moore.  All are well known to the citizens of this county.  The surviving daughter is Mrs. Isabell Abbott with whom the mother lived when she passed away.  Mrs. Margaret McKinnon who passed away four years ago was also a daughter of the deceased.
The husband preceded Mrs. Moore in 1897 on the old home stead near Rosita and beside his grave the remains of the wife were interred on Monday in Rosita cemetery.
The Moore family came direct from Scotland to Rosita where they settled in 1880.  Ten years ago Moses and Harry Moore moved to Utah, where they have since resided.
Mrs. Moore was a distant relative of William Gladstone, the prime minister of England during the reign of Queen Victoria.
Much might be said of the many virtues of the deceased, her kindly ministering amongh relatives neighbors and friends.  Her good deeds thus sown will never be forgotten." Buried at the family homestead near Rosita.
