-- I may be splicing the two together.  Same person?  Most likely.  Middle name gotten from family info (see his brother Moses' notes).  On birth certificate, his name and his father's name is Moore.  Birth certificate Scotland Civil Registry.  Census calculatoin gave us 1867 as birth year,but cert. of birth gives us the day/mo/yr.  3 hours PM, it seems.
