-- Not sure if the Anders Bolvig who died 29 Jan (bur. 3 Feb) 1790 in Laholm, Halland, Sweden, is this one.  However, this person's name was defintely Anders Bolvig, was married  to AMR, had the five children listed in this record, and is the person mentioned in his wife's will.  Also, isn't it interesting that he died a few months after the last child of Anders Boldevin was born - with no other children following?  And the age at death of this man would have put him born in 1726, rather than 1766, which is when  his son, Anders Boldevin was born - so the younger one couldn't have been the one who married Reuterberg -- SRE, 27 Jul 2002.
-- Situation straightened out.  He's the one -- SRE, 1 Aug 2002.
-- Therre was an entry for a child of a Widrich Boldevin having kids the same time as Anders.  Could be a relative:  brother, father?  The entry is on FHL 134309, item?, p. 39, just after a 27 Oct 1754 entry.  Get help reading.  Also, could Anders's mother be Helene?  His second wife's first child was Helene an could have been named after her.  Their 2nd child was Anna Christina, possibly named after her mother and mother's possible mother, Christina -- SRE 3 Aug 2002.
-- Searched births and deaths from 1776-to 27 Jan 1778, found no more family members.  Searching deaths from time Anders married Elina Brockman until around 1783 to find if there are other family members -- SRE, 26 Jul 2002.
-- A Boldevin woman died in 1758 (calculated birth year 1693), which would have been perfect for Anders' mother.  Also, she doesn't seem to be connected to the other, (at the moment) probably unrelated Boldevin family in Laholm.  Her name was Annica Boldevin.  Check into this further -- SRE, 1 Aug 2002.
-- Birth date calculated from death age is 1726.  Research of Anders Berg, Stockholm, Sweden, indicates that he was born at Ängelholm, Kristianstad, Sweden in 1729.  Verify the move.  There was an Annika Boldevin who died (possible mother) in 1758 and was born in 1793, so could have been mother.  Check this to be certain, however -- SRE, 22 Aug 2002.
-- Recevied an e-mail from Anders Berg, as follows.  Basically, he says he is not related to these people in his submission, but this Boldevin line was just incidental to his research.  He said it was his best guess.  Actually, looking at a map, this line doesn't seem too unlikely.  Laholm, Hallands län is only about 18 miles (30 km) from Ängelholm, Kristianstads län (now Skånes län).  Also, Anders Berg says that the name is extremely rare, so it could very likely be the person.  In Laholm, the death ages have been exactly on every time I have looked up a birth from a calculated birth date from death age, even in old people.  It says Anders Boldevin died 74 years old, so he would have been born in 1726, whereas the Ängelholm person is 1729, but is still very possible.  Records should be searched further and a connection should be made between the two.  There are no husförhörslängder or in/utflyttede to help during this time period either, so it's census (i.e., tax records), wills, or some other source that would help.  Already checked wills and briefly one or two censuses in Ängelholm.  Dig deeper.  Here is my e-mail with Anders' reply, and appended by a separate document from Anders Berg on the genealogy of the Anders Bollvig from Ängelholm:

Jag hoppas att det går bra att jag svarar på svenska. Du frågar om Anders
Bollvig/Boldevin. Det är inte en släkting till mig, utan han har kommit med
i min databas av andra skäl, framför allt pga att jag forskat i en annan
släkt som heter Bolvig. Inget samband tycks finnas.

Att Anders är född i Ängelholm är en gissning av mig. Namnet är så pass
ovanligt och avståndet mellan Ängelholm och Laholm är ganska kort, så det
förefaller inte osannolikt. Jag har dock inga bevis. Om Reuterberg vet jag
ingenting.

Under förutsättning att identifieringen av Anders är riktig, så ser du
anorna i den bifogade filen.

-- Boldevin Pettersson?  This is a guess for the moment.  There is a death entry on 4 Jan 1765, where the wife, Martha, of a Bolvin (possibly a brother of Anders), died.  Bolvin's patronomymic is listed as Petterson.  This is very important info, and census records should be checked prior to Anders' marriage to his first wife, to see if he is listed with his family.  Also check probate (i.e., bouppteckningar) for both jurisdictions.  Check parish records thoroughly to either prove or disprove.
-- Checked census records and never found an Anders living in the Boldevin Pettersson household. Checked 1741-1750.  Found the following:

1741:  FHL 337597, item 2, house #39.  He is by himself.
1742:  FHL 337598, item 1, p. 450.
1743:  FHL 337598, item 2, p. 167, #39.  Still no children mentioned.
1744:  FHL 337559, item 1, p. 541, #120.  See reference to #39.  Son Hans was born in Göteborg.
1745:  FHL 337559, item 2, p. 169, #120.  Son Hans and his wife Brita mentioned.
1746:  FHL 337600, item 1, p. 518, #120.  Son Hans, son Widrich, etc.  In the reference to #38, p. 506, however, the person supposed to be Hans might be "Andr."  This should be checked more thoroughly, since it might prove to be ours.  I am thinking not, however, since the same person referred to in the other house in the same year was Hans, and appears as such for many years.  He was also in the military his whole career.

Also checked probate record for Anders Boldevin's wife (bouppteckning).  The same children were listed as found in the census, including one additional, but not Anders, our person.  Though it's possible Anders alredy had his inheritance and thus didn't appear in the will, it seems more likely that he's not a son, since there seems to be no association.  Also, the Boldevin lady who died in 1785, Annicca, the same year a mother was listed as living with Anders' family, is a different name from Boldevin Petterson's wife, Marta. Her will was Jan 1765 -- SRE, 13 Aug 2002.
-- Checked for will of Anders Boldevin (on FHL 188637), Annicca Boldevin (FHL 188638), and Christina Reuterberg (FHL 188639), but didn't find anything in that city at all -- SRE, 15 Aug 2002.
-- Checked "Bouppteckningsregister Halland 1673-1850" and "Vigselregister Halland 1668-1860", two new CDs available recently.  The former is an index to all wills outside of cities in Halland and a sampling of those in cities.  Didn't find anything new in the former.  In the latter, though, which is much more exhaustive (other sources have also been used to help fill in gaps in the parish registers for marriages), I found the marriage of Anders Boldevin and Anna Margareta Reuterberg.  Found no other significant Boldevins or Bolvigs, SRE 15 Feb 2003.

Annica
-- Not sure if this is the right person, but died in 1785 at 65 (calculated birth year of 1693).  This would be the right time for the mother of Anders to have been born.  This needs further verification in records.  Specifically check censuses for the years before Anders married and moved into his father-in-law's house, to see if he is a child at home with his parents.  Also check parish registers thoroughly, as well as wills (check both possible jurisdictions) to get a full picture -- SRE, 11 Aug 2002.

-- More  likely Christina rather than the Annica of the previous note.  Christina was listed as a mother-in-law to AMR in a census, SRE, 5 Aug 2018.

Christina
-- This is not a certain connection, but is being researched currently.  So far the only other Reuterberg found in parish registers besides Anna Margareta in my research (registers have been searched fairly thoroughly from 1754 to 1809).  There is also mention made of a "mother-in-law" living with Anders and Anna Margareta in the 1785 census/tax list, but no mention is made of her after that, so she might have either died or moved between 1785 and 1790.  This would fit well with this scenario.  It depends on whether the relationship mentioned (mother-in-law) is referring to the mother-in-law of the husband or the wife (the wife was technically listed as head-of-household, since her husband, Anders, was over-age and was not listed by name, but only as "husband").  I don't think we can be certain which is the case.  However, if Annica does turn out to be the mother of Anders Bolvig/Boldevin/Bolwich/Bolvin, which seems quite likely, then that would strengthen the case for Christina being the mother of Anna Margareta Reuterberg, SRE, 2002.
-- I think we must assume the mother-in-law IS Christina, since AMR is listed as head of household and this was her relationship to her, SRE, 5 Aug 2018.
